These terms govern use of chromawaveprints.com and the digital art files we sell through our Etsy storefront. By using the site or purchasing a file, you agree to these terms.

1. The site

chromawaveprints.com is a marketing site that showcases our printable wall art. Purchases are made on Etsy and are subject to Etsy’s own terms of use.

2. Our content

All artwork, mockups, descriptions, and other content on the site are owned by ChromaWave Prints or used with permission. You may not republish, redistribute, or resell the content of this site without our written permission.

3. License for purchased files

When you buy a digital file from our Etsy shop, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license. Allowed: print and display the file in your own home or office, gift physical prints to friends and family. Not allowed: resell the file itself, sell prints commercially, sublicense to other parties, or upload the file to print-on-demand or stock-art platforms.

4. Refunds (digital goods)

Because the items we sell are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered. If a file is genuinely broken (corrupt, fails to open, etc.) email us and we’ll fix it.

5. AI disclosure

Our artwork is created by the artist using AI image-generation tools as part of the creative process; the final compositions, curation, and post-production are done by hand. Each Etsy listing carries the same disclosure.

6. Trademarks & attribution

ChromaWave Prints is a trade name we use to operate this shop. We are not affiliated with Etsy, Pinterest, or any other platform whose name appears on this site beyond using their public APIs and storefronts as a merchant.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the files are provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uninterrupted availability of the site, color accuracy on any particular monitor or printer, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond personal home decoration.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChromaWave Prints will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or files. Total liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount you paid for the file in question.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by an updated effective date. The terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
